Additional services are available exclusively to active Master Key Concierge members. Prices depend on location, time and complexity, with all charges agreed in advance. Where we receive a referral fee from a recommended contractor, this will be disclosed to you.

All prices are indicative and may vary depending on location, individual requirements and availability. Services are offered through ongoing monthly memberships, with an initial three-month commitment. Getting to Know your Home
We'll arrange a property visit to familiarise ourselves with your home, discuss practical arrangements and identify any specific requirements not previously discussed before finalising your service.
Your Concierge Service Begins
Once we've agreed your personalised plan and final monthly fee, we'll take care of the arrangements and become your trusted local point of contact.
Minimum Service Term: 3-months.
Your Indicative Quotation
Based on our conversation, we'll recommend a suitable level of service and provide an indicative monthly cost, so you can decide whether you'd like to proceed. This indicative quotation doesn’t necessarily dictate the monthly cost, but indicates to you an approximate figure before finally agreeing the level of service.
